Psalm 24: 3-6 "Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully. He will receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob. Selah" ESV
What I hear is; who is worthy enough to come before our Holy God? But I also hear how we become someone of clean hands and pure heart. Some one who doesn't lift up our soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully. That person is the one who seeks the Lord with all their heart. It is the one who has humbled themselves before Him seeking His forgiveness and grace. You and I can't make ourselves clean but God can make us just that through His Son Jesus. The God that wants us to come to Him is the one who will make us to where we can.
